My Role
I joined as Non-Executive Director and hands-on engineer - advising on product strategy and technical architecture while contributing directly to the build. It's the kind of role I take when the problem is interesting, the team is strong, and the technical decisions matter.
The Opportunity
The waste industry runs on paper. Duty of care notes, transfer records, compliance documentation - all manual, all fragile. The 2026 mandate forces digital adoption across every carrier in the UK. Recyclr is building the platform that makes that transition simple.
