Tracking expiration dates across dozens of team members, coordinating requirements for upcoming events, understanding who can travel where. The O1 visa process adds another layer - extensive evidence collection and proof of extraordinary ability typically takes months.

The Solution

As founding engineer and CTO, I built OneHundred in 9 days — a comprehensive visa management platform handling the entire lifecycle. The platform tracks expiration dates, coordinates travel requirements, and automates evidence collection for O1 visa applications. It's now in active internal use, and the build was a load-bearing part of the company's seed-round story.

Automatically builds evidence portfolios demonstrating "extraordinary ability" criteria. Generates comprehensive visa application packages with proper organisation and indexing.

For sports teams managing 50+ international players, the platform eliminates spreadsheet chaos. Automatic alerts months before visas expire, travel eligibility checks per country, and the entire roster always competition-ready.
